How does the booking work at Petsitting With Mathilde?

1. Initial contact

  • You can contact me by phone, email or via the contact form.
  • Together, we will define your needs and those of your pet.
  • A contract will be signed for greater transparency and security.

2. Pre-visit

  • An initial visit to your home is arranged.
    I get to know your pet in its own environment.
  • We will discuss their routine, habits, specific needs, etc., and you will show me where all their belongings are kept.
  • We will arrange for the keys to be handed over, or we will schedule a specific appointment for this purpose.

3. Visits / Neighborhood walks / House-sitting

I take care of your pet as if it were my own.

  • Feeding, cleaning litter boxes for cats, playing, cuddling, and monitoring their well-being.
  • I respect each pet’s individual pace: some like to play, others simply prefer a calm presence.
  • For dogs, walks tailored to their energy levels.
  • A report is sent to you after each visit (photo + message).

The added bonus of house-sitting:

  • A reassuring presence for your pets and your home.

Visits (For cats & exotics)

  • The short visit: 30 min
    Zone A:  30 CHF
    Zone B: 45 CHF
    Zone C: 60 CHF
    Great for cats that are independent and require little attention.

     

  • The break: 45 min
    Zone A: 40 CHF
    Zone B:     55 CHF
    Zone C:     70 CHF
    For cats who enjoy games and affection.

     

  • Extended playtime: 1h
    Zone A: 45 CHF
    Zone B:     60 CHF
    Zone C:     75 CHF
    For very social cats.

Note: The prices already includes the travel time.

Neighborhood walks

  • The short walk: 30 min
    Zone A:  30 CHF
    Zone B: 45 CHF
    Zone C: 60 CHF
    So your pup can stretch their paws and take care of their business.

  • The break: 45 min

    Zone A: 40 CHF
    Zone B:     55 CHF
    Zone C:     70 CHF
    So your pup can unwind and catch up on the neighborhood news.

  • The big break: 1h
    Zone A: 45 CHF
    Zone B:     60 CHF
    Zone C:     75 CHF
    So your pup can explore at their own pace and sniff the world around them.

Note: The prices already includes the travel time.

Additional dog from the same household: 15 CHF (per dog)

Home-sitting

The night (approximately from 19:30 to 8:00):

  • For cats: 80 CHF
  • For dogs: 95 CHF

Public holidays: December 25, January 1, and May 1: +50% of the service rate.

Travel expenses for key handover (before or after the service): 20 CHF (per trip)

If there are any items to purchase, such as kibble, wet food, litter, etc., I can pay for them in advance and you can reimburse me upon presentation of the invoice. The time spent will be charged at an hourly rate.

Veterinary : You are responsible for all veterinary fees (advance payment is possible, with reimbursement upon presentation of the invoice or a copy thereof). In addition, travel expenses will be charged at the usual rate for a visit (based on travel time and consultation time).

At the end of the service, the keys are returned: either in the mailbox, left in the apartment, or we can arrange an appointment for a hand-to-hand handover (under the same conditions as before the service).
